Q. How do I purchase on this site?

A. To place an order:-

  1. Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
  2. You will be directed to your cart. If you are happy with your cart’s contents, click “Proceed to checkout”.
  3. Choose your preferred shipping method and checkout. If you select “Pickup from store”, further options will be available to you in the checkout page.
  4. You will be redirected through Billplz to complete your payment.
  5. Once your order has been placed, please allow for 1-3 business days to process your order. We will send you your tracking number. 
  6. Alternatively, if you choose to pickup your order, please allow for 1-3 business days. We will contact you once your order is ready to be picked up.

Q. Will I be getting on order confirmation?

A. Definitely. The confirmation of your order will be sent to the email address that you have provided after placing the order.

Q. Can I cancel an existing order that has been made?

A. No, we are sorry. Once payment has been made an order cannot be canceled.

Q. What is the product’s transaction currency?

All transactions are done in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR).

Q. Can I make payments in cash?

Certainly! Kindly approach one of our sales agents located in our pickup stores for further information.

Q. Will there be any hidden costs?

A. No, there are no hidden costs at all. The total price in the checkout list is the one you will be paying. 

Q. Will the prices displayed on A&C Jewellery be subject to any kind of change?

A. The prices are subject to change without notice. You are liable to pay the amount that is stated on the day of purchase.

Q. How much does A&C Jewellery charge me for the product to be delivered to my residence?

A. MYR15 for West Malaysia and MYR20 for East Malaysia.

Q. What is the estimated time for the products to be delivered?

A.  It will take roughly 3-7 working days for West Malaysia. 1 month for East Malaysia. Please take note that shipments may be delayed due to the current COVID-19 pandemic. 

Q. What is the mode of delivery?

A. We use Poslaju for our deliveries.

 Q. Is my product safe?

A. Your jewellery is shipped in a durable and tamper-proof packaging. Any unauthorized intrusions to the package will be easy to see.  

Q. What should I do if my received product has been tampered with during shipping?

A. You should take a photo of your product and contact us immediately

Q. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

A. No, we are sorry. As of now, we do not have such an option.

 Q. If I am not at home, please let me know what will happen to the product that should have been delivered.

A. Our courier agents will always leave a message in such circumstances and will try to deliver the product to you again. However, we request you to plan your purchase and coordinate with the courier team, so that product gets delivered on time. 

Q. Do you need any proof of identity when accepting the delivery?

A. Yes, the receiver will need to provide the I/C Number to the courier.

Q. How can I get the status of my order?

A. You can track your status at https://www.tracking.my/

Q. What will be the results if my order is lost in transit?

A. In such events, please allow us 20 working days to process a full refund to our customers.

Q. Does A&C Jewellery ship internationally?

A. No, we are sorry that we cannot ship outside of Malaysia.

Q. What if the jewellery that I bought does not fit me?

A. We advise our customers to check the size of the ring before placing an order or you can check our ring size guide at [sizing guide link here]. After placing the order, we do not accept any returns or exchange unless the package is lost during transit/shipment process.

Q. If the jewellery does not fit me, can I take the it to my local jeweller to get it resized?

A. For certain types of jewellery such as rings, you are able to do that.

Q. Are all the jewellery sold of the same size or do you have different sizes available to you?

A. All the jewellery are in different sizes. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide different sizes of for each product. 

Q. What if in case I do not know my ring/necklace/bracelet size?

Q. Is it possible to get a jewellery in a certain size that is not available on your website?

A. Sorry. Whatever that we provide is shown on the website. 

Q. What do I do if I forget my password?

A.

1) Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that was used to register the account in the box.

2) Click Submit.

3) An email will be sent to you. Once you have received the email, click on the link and you will be able to choose a new password for your account.

What is the procedure to change my password?

A. You can easily change your password in the Account Details tab.

Q. How can I change my Personal Account Information like address, phone number, e-mail address?

A. You can change all of the following in the “My Accounts” page.

Q. Are all my personal details protected?

A. We know that privacy is essential for you and we make sure to keep all your personal information in a secured form. We make sure not to disclose your personal details to any other company for marketing purpose or for mailing purpose. 

Q. Are my online transactions safe on your website?

A. We always make to consider the security and safety of our consumers. Also, we are equipped with a lot of technological protections, which are in place so that all the transaction process are known to be safe and the information of customers are also secured. As a part of the advanced security options, we do not accept financial information on servers. All the information that is entered by you is usually received directly through the payment gateway and then it is transmitted to your respective bank’s servers.
