Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if there are any concerns regarding your purchase and you wish to request a refund, kindly contact our customer service department through any of our available channels such as WhatsApp, Messenger, or sending us an email at [email protected].

RETURNS

All returns must be authorized by A&C Jewellery prior to receipt. Products must be returned within 7 days upon receiving the item and have the original tags attached. Unauthorized returns may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense unless stated otherwise. The products must be returned in the original packaging.

Customers will be reimbursed only if the product is in original shipped condition. Product received without the original tag attached will not be accepted for refunds.

Because the photos are posted online as well as viewing our goods on different devices, A&C Jewellery is not liable to any returns if the received product is different from the photo.

A&C Jewellery has the right to refuse any refunds for wrong product sizing if we clearly mentioned the size measurements on our website. Please refer to the sizing guides that can be found on our website for reference.

RETURN PROCESS

In order to ensure that you are well protected, kindly follow the suggested steps below to return the item.

Step 1 – Take a photo of the product to be returned

Step 2 – Contact our customer service department for return request

Step 3 – If the request is approved, pack the product with all original packaging, as well as any gift certificates, thank you notes, and sales invoice.

Step 4 – Ship or drop off the item to the following addresses within 7 days.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 3 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
